Features
White-Label
Custom domain branding (e.g., checkin.yourwarehouse.com) and the possibility to integrate with existing warehouse or transport management systems via API.
Your Brand on the Driver Check-In Page
Upload your logo and cover photo, publish your address, contact details and working hours, and serve the check-in page itself from a domain you own.
A check-in page that looks like you, not like a tool
The driver reaches the gate, scans the QR code or types the address the dispatcher sent him, and lands on a page. If that page carries a name and a look he does not recognise, he hesitates. He calls the dispatcher to ask whether the link is right, or he asks the guard, or he fills it in wrong and someone corrects it later. At a busy gate, that hesitation is the queue.
Logistiq makes that page unmistakably yours. Your logo and cover photo sit at the top, your warehouse name and address underneath, your phone, email and website one tap away, and your seven-day working-hours schedule there to open and read. Point your own domain at it — checkin.example.com — and the address bar carries your name too. Only the browser tab stays ours: it reads QRGO Driver, on every domain.
Before
- Drivers land on a page with no sign of who runs the warehouse
- The address in the dispatcher's message reads like a stranger's link
- Opening hours live in an email, a PDF or the guard's memory
- Every "is this the right link?" call lands on the dispatcher
With Logistiq
- Your logo and cover photo head the check-in page
- The page answers on your own domain, on your own DNS
- Address, phone, email, website and hours are on the page itself
- Drivers recognise the page before they type a single field
From the default address to your own domain
Every warehouse starts at qrgo.ro/your-slug. Moving it onto a domain you own takes five steps in Settings — the custom domain is listed with the Enterprise plans.
- 1
Upload your logo
JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP up to 5 MB — it becomes the avatar at the top of the check-in page.
- 2
Add a cover photo
Up to 10 MB, cropped in the dashboard before it saves; it replaces the default gradient behind your name.
- 3
Fill in name, address and contact
Warehouse name, address, phone, email and website — the phone and email are tappable for the driver.
- 4
Set your working hours
A seven-day schedule with an open and close time per day; days you mark closed are shown as closed.
- 5
Point your domain and verify
Enter checkin.example.com, add the CNAME or A record the dashboard shows, then press Verify Domain.

note
One theme, two images
The check-in page's colour theme is a single platform-wide setting, identical for every warehouse — there is no per-organisation colour picker. The browser tab stays ours too: it reads QRGO Driver, with our icon, even on your own domain. We would rather say both of those here than let you find them after signing. What is genuinely yours is the part drivers actually read: your logo, your cover photo, your name and address, your contact details, your hours, and your domain in the address bar.
Questions buyers ask about white-label
No. The check-in page uses one platform-wide colour theme, the same for every warehouse, and there is no per-organisation colour picker. Your brand colour reaches the page through the two images you control: the logo at the top and the cover photo behind it. Everything else — name, address, contact, hours, domain — is yours to set.
Yes. Enter a domain you own, such as checkin.example.com, add the CNAME or A record the dashboard shows you at your DNS provider, then press Verify Domain. Once it verifies, drivers reach your check-in page over HTTPS at your address. One domain per warehouse, and qrgo.ro/your-slug keeps working alongside it.
That depends on your DNS provider, not on Logistiq. The dashboard notes that DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, and you can press Verify Domain as often as you like. Until it verifies, the domain redirects to qrgo.ro and your check-in page keeps running at qrgo.ro/your-slug throughout.
Partly, and it is worth being precise. Your logo and cover photo appear on the driver check-in page and inside the QRGO Driver app, next to your warehouse name. The app is published in the stores as QRGO Driver, the browser tab on your check-in page reads QRGO Driver with our icon — even on your own domain — and the dashboard your dispatchers use stays Logistiq. What carries your brand is the body of the driver-facing page: your images, your details, your address bar.
