Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Logistiq platform. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in full.

Article 1 - Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms have these meanings:

Provider - HOSTLIFE DIGITAL SRL, headquartered at Str. Vidin 37, 805300 Tecuci, Galați, Romania, VAT ID 52638053
Platform - The services available through logistiq.ro, cloud.logistiq.ro and qrgo.ro
Client - Legal entity or authorized individual who purchases a subscription to use the Platform
User - Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including the Client and designated persons
Subscription - The service agreement between Provider and Client for Platform access
Dashboard - The admin interface at cloud.logistiq.ro for warehouse management
Driver App / QRGO Driver - The web or mobile check-in app for drivers available at qrgo.ro (web) or on Google Play / App Store

Article 2 - Subject of Agreement

The Provider agrees to provide the Client with access to the Logistiq Platform for:

  • Managing check-in operations in logistics warehouses
  • Access to Dashboard (cloud.logistiq.ro) for managers and operators
  • Access to QRGO Driver (qrgo.ro) for drivers
  • Features included in the chosen subscription plan
  • Technical support according to subscription level

Article 3 - Acceptance of Terms

By any of the following actions, the Client confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms:

  • Creating an account on the Platform
  • Paying for a subscription
  • Using any Platform functionality

The updated version of terms is always available on logistiq.ro.

Article 4 - Registration and Account

  • Client guarantees that registration information is correct, complete and up-to-date
  • Password and account security is Client's sole responsibility
  • Provider reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend account for terms violation
  • Client cannot transfer account without Provider's prior consent

Article 5 - Agreement Duration

Trial Period

The Platform offers a 10-day free trial. After expiration, access requires a subscription.

Subscription

Subscription is monthly and auto-renews unless Client cancels.

Cancellation

Client can cancel anytime. Access remains until end of paid period.

Article 6 - Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are in EUR as displayed on site at time of order
  • Billing is monthly, in advance
  • Payment via card (Stripe) or bank transfer
  • Fiscal invoices issued via SmartBill for Romania
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

Available Plans

Professional: 139 EUR/month - 1 warehouse
Enterprise 5: 500 EUR/month - up to 5 warehouses
Enterprise 10: 800 EUR/month - up to 10 warehouses
Enterprise 25: 1,590 EUR/month - up to 25 warehouses

Article 7 - Upgrade and Downgrade

Upgrade

Upgrade to higher plan is effective immediately with prorated payment.

Downgrade

Downgrade can be made anytime, with a proportional refund for the remaining period. Cannot downgrade below current active warehouse count.

Article 8 - Features and Limitations

  • Digital check-in - drivers scan QR code or use QRGO Driver app
  • Dock management - allocate and optimize truck flow
  • Real-time chat and notifications between operator and driver
  • Categorization by departments and truck types
  • Reports and analytics - interactive dashboards with KPIs
  • QRGO Driver app (Web, Android, iOS)
  • Multi-language - interface in 12 European languages
  • Cloud-based - no equipment or local installation needed
  • Driver instructions and guidance in-app
  • Early check-in and arrival time scheduling
  • Automatic location detection (mobile app)
  • Unlimited check-ins, departments and docks
  • Email support

Enterprise Features

  • White-Label on custom domain (Enterprise 5+)
  • API access for integrations (Enterprise 5+)
  • Priority support (Enterprise 5+)
  • Dedicated support (Enterprise 10+)
  • 99.9% SLA (Enterprise 25)

Article 9 - Service Availability

Provider commits to maintaining minimum 99.9% annual availability.

Exclusions

  • Scheduled maintenance (24h advance notice)
  • Force majeure
  • Cyber attacks
  • Third-party provider issues

Article 10 - Client Obligations

  • Upfront subscription payment
  • Correct billing information
  • Legal use of Platform
  • GDPR compliance for driver data
  • No resale of service

Article 11 - Provider Obligations

  • Provide access per subscription plan
  • Appropriate technical support
  • Adequate security measures
  • Regular backups
  • Notice of important changes

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

Platform

All intellectual property rights to the Platform belong to Provider.

Client Data

Client retains all rights to their data.

License

Client receives non-exclusive license for subscription duration.

Article 13 - Limitation of Liability

  • Service provided 'as is'
  • No liability for indirect losses
  • Maximum liability: last 3 months subscription value
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered

Article 14 - Contract Termination

Cancellation by Client

Client can cancel anytime. Access active until end of period.

Termination by Provider

For non-payment, abuse or terms violation.

Effects

30 days for data export, then permanent deletion.

Article 15 - Final Provisions
