Draw your yard once on the map. When a driver opens the QRGO Driver app inside it, the app recognises the warehouse and offers the right check-in — he taps it and fills in the usual form.
What problem does it solve?
A driver pulls into an industrial park at 05:40. Six warehouses share the same access road, the QR sticker on the gate is behind a parked trailer, and the transport order names a company, not a check-in page. He scrolls a list on his phone, picks the one that sounds right, and checks in at the neighbour's yard. The operator now has a phantom truck and the driver is still outside the gate.
In Logistiq you draw your yard once — a polygon on the map in warehouse settings, click by click, until the counter reads "Geofence has 4 points". When a driver opens the QRGO Driver app, it takes a single GPS reading and tests it against that shape on the phone itself. Inside your yard, an emerald banner reads "Location Detected", and the Check-in button opens your form. The driver still taps it.

Frequently asked questions about automatic location detection
No, and that is deliberate. Detection only suggests. When the driver's phone is inside your polygon, the app shows the "Location Detected" banner with a Check-in button. Tapping it opens the normal check-in form, where the driver fills in the plate, references and documents as always. Nothing is ever submitted on the strength of a GPS reading alone.
No. The check runs once, when the driver opens the app: a single GPS reading, compared with your zone on the phone itself. There is no background location and no continuous tracking — which also means no battery drain and no permanent permission to explain to drivers. In practice, drivers open the app when they arrive anyway.
No. Location detection lives only in the QRGO Driver app, for iOS and Android. The web check-in page on qrgo.ro stays exactly as it is — QR code or link, no location involved. The web page does offer an "Open in Maps" button for navigation to the assigned ramp once a check-in is accepted.
No. The driver's coordinates never leave the phone: the app downloads the zone polygons and does the comparison locally, and no latitude or longitude is stored on a check-in. The arrival notification goes to the driver's own device, not to your team. You see a check-in when the driver submits one, as always.
